Need php-apcu-bc pkg for backward comp with php7

I am trying to install partkeepr 1.0.0 on my pi

I am currently running:

Ubuntu Mate 16.04 for Pi
Apache 2.4.10
PHP 7.0
MySQL 5.5

The installation is warning that apcu cache is not enabled. I’ve set the proper settings in php.ini and rebooted, but no change. I am thinking I need to enable backward compatibility by installing php-apcu-bc but this is the result when I try to install it

sudo apt-get install php-apcu-bc

Package php-apcu-bc is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source.

Hi @dropcheck,

what are your software download location settings like?, is it set to Main server?:

Also, this is for Arch but does it help?:

https://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=9834

whatever the default server is for the distro.

my problem is not finding the package, not an error when it trying to be downloaded, but thanks

The default download server is a link in your country, it never auto sets to “Main server” so try changing it!.
