A new, "Secure" DNS by IBM, GCA and PCH

If you had not heard of it recently, International Business Machines, Global Cyber Alliance and Packet Clearing House have come together for a new domain name system called Quad9 to provide basic protections for end-users and end-devices via nineteen different security databases and anonymization of IP addresses (but not much else, for threat monitoring purposes).

To use, just change your end-point or access point to use the following addresses:
9.9.9.9
149.112.112.112

This is strictly an anti-malware service, not a censorship service; your access to all of the clearweb will remain unfettered while using this DNS.
