After a fresh install and bleachbit an error appeared.
Now when clicking package manager from menu I am redirected to software boutique.
Could anyone help with a simple step by step fix if terminal access is required.
what happens if you do this in the terminal sudo synaptic post any error messages your get.
Thanks for reply kc1di, tried that in terminal and this is what came up.
sudo: synaptic: command not found
Went to a few sites, tried a few things in terminal and SPM has returned low and behold which can now be accessed from Control Centre, so far so good.
Easy fix, just happened on 19.04 UM install and found this works
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install synaptic
I notice you were half way there, maybe next time you will get it right.
