With 19.04 we have nvidia drivers and that is good.
I see that there is also a nvidia management application that in standard Ubuntu is under the 'Activities' menu.
Where do we find it in MATE?
If you mean NVIDIA X Server Settings, this would appear under the Administration category (on traditional panels, this is under System)
