Using 19.10 fully patched,
- Open caja as regular user;
- Single right click on some folder -> open as administrator -> enter your passwd -> root caja appears;
- Head to / and click on "Date modified" listing so that folders become sorted by date, most recent up most;
- Enter any folder;
- Hit "BACKSPACE" to return to parent dir: notice that sorting is now back to alphabetical instead of "date modified"
EDIT: After much (22mins) of meditation I have came to the realization pointing to / doesn't cut it; I am actually pointing over a NFS mount. So I assume that this is a... feature?
