[19.10] No AMD OpenCL platform found

I am starting to mine monero on 19.10 and I have a problem with the AMD driver for a RX460: it claims that OpenCL platform is not found.

After going through a couple of hours searching around, the closest (I believe) that I came to find a resolution is via those: https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Ubuntu-19.10-Radeon-RX-5700 and https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/ubuntu/graphics-drivers/ but to no avail.

So I have to ask: did anyone ever claimed success on deploying the "AMDGPU-PRO" package running UM 19.10 latest and if so what does one needs to do in order for it to happen?

At the time of posting this, I have the following packages installed:

ii libdrm-radeon1:amd64 2.4.100+git2002250630.8a7337~oibaf~e amd64 Userspace interface to radeon-specific kernel DRM services -- runtime
ii libdrm-radeon1:i386 2.4.100+git2002250630.8a7337~oibaf~e i386 Userspace interface to radeon-specific kernel DRM services -- runtime
ii xserver-xorg-video-radeon 1:19.0.1-1ubuntu1 amd64 X.Org X server -- AMD/ATI Radeon display driver

there is an ocl-icd-libopencl1 library, maybe install it and test again ...
