Adding installed apps to application menu

I’ve just installed gparted and I thought a icon for it would appear in somewhere like Applications > System Tools but it isn’t there, it isn’t listed anywhere. Is there a way to add gparted to system tools?

Currently using the terminal to open the program.

OK just noticed it’s listed in the control centre. Happy with that.

Have you looked under System/Administration?

Also; right click "Applications > Edit Menus" and you can edit the main menu til your hearts content:
