Adding items to right-click context menu in pluma

Hello,

Is there a way to add items to the context menu in pluma.

I'm using pluma 1.20.1

Currently, when you right-click within the text editor, a pop-up window appears with these options:

Capture(4)

Is there a way to add an item to the list. I'm attempting to add a python plugin for pluma. Gedit adds a comment code/uncomment code to it's context menu when selecting the code comment plugin. I want to do the same thing for pluma.
