Brisk Menu in Mutiny layout - move icons closer together on low resolution screens?

Hello there

Is there a setting anywhere to reduce the amount of wasted space on the full screen menu? I am using a touch screen with a resolution of 800*480 and I get two and two half icons on my full screen!

(Background rant: I started using ubuntu MATE from the moment it became an official ubuntu flavour, and I loved it (certainly compared to the original versions unity - my, it was rough). In the last few years I've moved to ubuntu budgie on my main machines, but still keep mate on an old laptop. When I was looking to play about with a touch screen for my pi, the mutiny layout looked perfect for a touchscreen interface when I previewed it on my laptop as the standard brisk menu, in both budgie and mate, is really focused on keyboard use. But I expected it to adapt to low res screens and move icons closer together! For a distro so well designed for low spec hardware, it is a pity that mate doesn't seem to cater for low res screens so well - Many option windows can't be resized, and don't have scroll bars meaning options are lost forever off the bottom of the screen! /rant)

Thanks for any help!
