Cannot Scroll in certain windows

Noticed that I cannot scroll in QupZilla or in Focuswriter. Anybody else have this issue?

Ubuntu (16.04) Mate ( 1.12.1)

a little info about what hardware you have might help, is this on a laptop or desktop PC?. What version of QupZilla?. :smiley:

Sorry for the delay, here's my machine info:

Running Qt version 4.8.7

Also, I care more about getting the scroll to work in FocusWriter. Writing is mostly what I use this machine for these days :stuck_out_tongue:
