Cant change developer options settings

hi.
i dont know why i cant uncheck pre-released updates in developer options settings!

ubuntu mate 16.04 . everything is update.

I have one machine where this is happening and I think I've used the daily-live iso to install it.
On my laptop where I'm certain I used the release iso of 16.04 this is not happening.
Did you by any chance use the daily-live too?

yes.its daily iso.
can i change this settings?or its unchangeable?
