I haven't had the problem on the root disk.
The problem has mainly occurred in the "Documents" directory which is in /home/user/Documents.
That's not the root.
It seems to me that it also happened to me in another directory that came from the desktop, but now I'm not so sure that the problem didn't occur when I copied it to the "Documents" directory.
I detected the problem a couple of nights ago. So I don't rule out that it may not affect more directories. I'll be able to check them as I use them and detect an abnormal behavior in them.
I only have one SSD with Linux. I haven't tried other SSDs or HDDs or pendrives or RAM memories. It hasn't coincided. But the problem seems to me to be very contained in the "Documents" directory and in "Box".
I haven't tried to open "Box" as administrator, it didn't occur to me. But if the case arises again I will try it, however I have tried to rename the newly created directory called "untitled folder" through the "sudo mv" command and as root directly and it was not a solution.
Yes, although I solved the issue with the procedure of cutting and pasting the entire directory in another location and it already allowed to give a name to the newly created "untitled folder" directory, it is as if it had lost focus, out of place and the folder with strange dark colors. If that is losing focus, I had lost it. Although it was an anomalous behavior, at least I could now name the newly created directories and rename them later.
A few minutes ago (I had not yet seen your post) I wrote that I had to do the same operation of cutting and pasting all the internal content of the "Documents" directory because I detected that I could not rename them graphically either. Once I have modified all the permissions of all the files and directories in the "Documents" directory using "chmod 775 *" and I have cut and pasted them to another directory and performed the reverse process. The problem has been completely solved. It seems that I can now rename all the files and directories in the "Documents" directory graphically and that when creating a new directory graphically it is created normally. So it seems that I have solved it satisfactorily.

I'm happy to hear the problem is solved.
