Can't start and keep in color screen

Hi,

I have just bought a new raspberry PI3B+ and try to install ubuntu mate.
I have use ETCHER to install the image. That is ok, but at the startup, the screen keep in color mode.

pi3 b+ needs 2.5A 5 V supply, I think your supply is not enough.

There are multiple threads reporting this problem with the 3B+. The image is old and consequently has old firmware that is not compatible with the newer pi.
