I have an IBM Thinkpad T61 and it has a NVS 140 M graphics chipset. Would I be able to downgrade to the 5.4 series kernel, so I could install the Nvidia 340 propriety graphics drivers. I tried installing Ubuntu Mate 21.10 but it wasn't able to install the Nvidia propriety driver due to the current 340 legacy Nvidia drivers not being supported in the newer kernels.
