Cheese won't stop taking pictures

Cheese keeps taking pictures by itself.

How can I stop that?

Reinstall. Either your PC is hacked or you caused this by tweaking.
Either way the safe course of action is to assume compromise.

I re-installed it.

Still taking pictures without any action by me. ??

Is there any program?

Guvcview is doing the same thing.

What the heck is going on?

use sudo netstat -putona to see if cheese is making a connection.
