Create guest account 22.04.1

I did a clean install of UM 22.04.1. Having trouble setting up a Guest user account. I had no problem on 20.04. System 76 Galigo Pro rig.
I want the sudo user account locked and the guest user account unlocked.

I spent a long time trying to set up a 2nd user account via the GUI. I finally found an article describing how to accomplish this using the CLI.

This worked.

I use the CLI as needed as I started with ms-dos in the 1985. I have been using UM since 18.04 and Mint before that. I say all this because I do not understand why I had so much trouble setting up a 2nd user account which I consider a basic necessity and as stated earlier has normally been a simple task .

Here is the option to solve it via GUI: Unable to add a new user

And here is the reason why this problem exists: Can't find "user and groups"

It all has to do with gnome-system-tools

I myself opted for the same solution you did, using basic command line in terminal: sudo adduser newuser
