Crontab -e as a keyboard shortcut

crontab -e words as intended but when I use it as a keyboard shortcut, it does not let me save crontab. Is there a fix?

Hi @fixit7, do you have a error message saving your cron config ?

Is your shortcut command starting inside a terminal ?

It uses Geany to edit crontab.

The save button was greyed out, but it did save the file if I used File Save As.
