Hello.There any dashboard for Mate?I mean something similar like for XFCE:
There is not as such currently using Compiz and Compiz setting manager you can get an expo and a scale view, but not in the same view, I have thought of such a thing but my personal feelings, would be to remove that applications menu and just have the application switcher as well as the workspace switcher, because i feel that one of gnome’s biggest downfall is trying to combine both of those roles into one overview, and i just think that it doesn’t make sense to do that
Make a request with pro and cons and maybe someone will do it.
Highly doubt it though with all the current bugs needing attention and limited resources.
