When I start my computer, is there a way to turn off display of the GRUB menu? I only have one OS so why would I need to select it?

Never mind - I installed Grub Customizer and fixed the problem.

I prefer to always show the menu for 3 seconds because if I ever have a problem and want to run an old kernel, enter recovery mode or just check the RAM for errors, I don't have to look up how to show the menu.
