Display touch function only on USB Live version bot not when installed

As stated in the header I encountered a strange behavior. My display touch function (also pen usage) is perfectly working when I try the 16.04 beta1/beta2 on a live system booting from USB, but not when I install 16.04 beta1/beta2!!!

How can that be?

I have a Lenovo X201t (Tablet Version of the X201)

Have you done a full system update?, start with Welcome update function and look at "Fixes":
