Does nouveau-driver fully support COMPIZ and Emerald-Theme-Manager?

Hi!

Does the "nouveau-driver" supports fully COMPIZ and Emerald-Theme-Manager?
and 3D acceleration?

I asked because I want use an alternative KERNEL without any BLOBS like
"LINUX-LIBRE-kernel".
