Does someone have a contact to Launchpad itself?

Dear all,

Does someone know somebody over at Launchpad?

For a few weeks, I have been awaiting a response from an adminstrator there to associate my Launchpad account with Ubuntu One.

I opened this ticket but I am still waiting for a reply.

If anyone knows someone, please let me know.

I thought Ubuntu One file services died (closed down) some time ago.

Ubuntu One is also a Single Sign On (SSO) that launchpad uses to authenticate users.

@ouroumov, exactly and this is exactly my problem.

I never registered on Ubuntu One but now they require me to have an account there to change my Launchpad email.

This is very irritating…
