Download does not start in the usual way

Hi.
I tried to download from https://ubuntu-mate.org/download/amd64/bionic/ by left clicking on the site button but the dialog box didn't open.
My environment is Windows 7 64bit, I tried using Firefox, Vivaldi, Chrome, etc., but all have the same result.
After all, when I right-click on the button labeled "Direct Download" on the above page and execute "Save Link As ...", the ubuntu-mate-18.04.4-desktop-amd64.iso file I have started downloading.
However, in the meantime, I had to test different methods and spend time. I know it can be downloaded using other sites. However, I couldn't download it from the "ubuntu-mate.org" normally, so I wrote this article.
I hope the download issues on this site will be resolved as soon as possible.

I used both methods ...

  1. Left click on the "Direct Download" button, browser will d/l the file
  2. right click on the "Direct Download", save link as, browser will d/l the file

both downloads match the sha256sum listed. Not sure where the issue is ...
