Dynamic Panels on multiple monitors

I have a laptop connected to 2 monitors, so 3 screens in total.
I can configure for all three panels but when I undock my laptop all panels are moved to the laptop.
Is there away that Mate detects how many monitors I have and automatically adjusts the panels to it.

I’ll second this question. Most of the time I have my laptop hooked up to two monitors with the laptop’s monitor turned off, with one panel on each monitor. When I unplug the monitors I end up with double panels.
