Editing Main Menu with Mate

I cannot seem to do this. When I click on Main Menu, nothing happens.

Click System, preferences,look and feel, and then main menu.

Here it works when I right click on the menu icon.

You can also use mozo command from Alt+F2 or from terminal to call Main Menu editor.
