OK, I got a family member who’s an Emoji fanatic. She asked me several times to change my PC’s hostname so it includes an emoji like this one 
. I know she’s using one on her own Windows PC but I don’t know if that’s a smart idea on Linux.
This sounds doable, but not finding anything on the subject.
I would also suggest posting in a larger forum, maybe someone there has tried this.
