Enabling Transparency

How do I enable transparency on my UM 18.04? On panels this can be enabled just by going into properties, but I was wanting on menus and on top of windows…

I’m using Marco(Compton GPU compositor) for window manager. I have an Intel 4600 built-in graphics card with an Intel 4400 core i5 processor.
