I have a monitor (HP LA2206xc) that I’m trying to connect to my computer (with HDMI). The problem is it doesn’t show up in the displays control panel. I’ve tried getting around the problem but haven’t been able to make it work.
I think maybe it’s supposed to have plug-n-play drivers for Windows but they aren’t getting loaded. Would drivers install via HDMI? I thought this should be the simplest thing to attach. It does work on a different computer running Windows, for what it’s worth.
What can I do to solve this?
