Hello. I just tried the 18.04 beta but I am missing a feature from GNOME Shell that lets me grab hold of a maximized window’s titlebar by dragging down from the top panel. I think this would be a very useful feature for MATE, especially when using the Mutiny layout where the titlebar is merged with the panel when a window is maximized.
