Fix for non-working bluetooth device detection

I just wanted to share a fix I found for a bluetooth issue.
My computer was unable to discover a new headset I bought, so I digged around for answers.
After checking many complicated answers I found the solution:

Uninstall a software called "TLP"
It manages the power comsumption of bluetooth cards, for some reason it messes up.

The easiest way to uninstall TLP is to go into Ubuntu Software Center and search for “TLP”.
As it is installed by default, you just have to click “Remove”.

Hope this topic save some people!!

Thanks, I will try removing it.

I have never been able to get any USB Bluetooth to connect with my headphones.

Removing it Did not help.
