I've just installed the Enigmail plugin for Thunderbird. The following alert appears (see image 1)

As UM uses the Ubuntu basis, is this (i.e. GnuPG 2.0) something that Ubuntu will be rolling out to us?

what version of Enigmail do you have?, what is your software download location set to?, mine is "Main server":
I also have two versions of gnupg installed (gnupg + gnupg2):
