How add a new key to edit the clock format (custom-format key)

Greetings, I want to edit the clock format because the clock doesnt have a "12-hour" format option. But also I cant find the custom-format key in dconf that forums tells to edit with a string (mostly with the %s% strings).

If someone knew a way to add the "schema key" and edit it with the correctly string format.

I'm not exactly sure what your asking as if you right click on the clock in the panel you should get a configuration box like this

and as you can see 12 hour option is there.

Nope, I dont have that option. As I stated previously.

Also it seems that I have restored the custom-format key
