How can I delete an app without it deleting the mate desktop?

So I'm trying to uninstall rhythmbox but it's also trying to remove the mate desktop.

How do I only remove rhythmbox?

TL;DR: ubuntu-mate-desktop is just a metapackage, as it’s one of the default applications. It’s safe to remove. The desktop won’t erupt into flames without it. :fire: :slight_smile:
