How can I solve these font rendering problems?

Dear all,

I experience some font rendering problems as shown in the screenshots below.

Does someone else have those or does someone know I can resolve those?

Interesting, I think this is the same bug I described here:

I hadn't realized this might affect other applications too.

A good first step would be to register yourself as affected on the bug report and maybe contribute your screenshots. :]

From the bug report, I see it’s affecting 17.04 “Zesty”. Which graphics and drivers do you use?

It does, thanks :slight_smile: You’re using Intel graphics, this would be good information to include in the bug report.

I’m not running 17.04 so I can’t confirm whether I have the same font rendering issue on my NVIDIA card, but if this bug can’t be replicated on non-Intel graphics, it could indicate a bug in Intel’s drivers.
