Hi all, currently I was using Ubuntu Mate 15.10 with Mate 1.12.1 installed, also using Marco as Windows Composite, I would like to asked to the forum, how to change the behaviour of minimizing windows to panel (using plank panel). If there is any way for me to change the effect of minimizing windows ?

what type of effect are you talking about?, Woobly Windows or something like that?. 
Yes wolfman something like that, right now with Mate 1.12.1, it just looks like rectangle windows with black frame shrinking smaller and smaller…go to the plank panel at the bottom of the screen.
Your problem might be that Mate 1.12.1 is still in an unstable state?. It it still not on general release until most likely Ubuntu 16.04?.
oh ic, how I put it back to normal mate version ? 1.12.0 ?

follow these instructions, to downgrade MATE back to the version available in Ubuntu MATE by default, use the following commands:
for Wily:
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge && sudo ppa-purge ppa:ubuntu-mate-dev/wily-mate
for Xenial:
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge && sudo ppa-purge ppa:ubuntu-mate-dev/xenial-mate
The first command installs PPA purge and the second command purges the PPA (disables the PPA and downgrades all the packages installed from that PPA).

The only thing I am not sure about is whether or not the normal Mate install will revert back to its previous state, I assume it will?.

I understand that command, I am sure it will not downgrade to previous mate version, it is only uninstalled the PPA from PPA update list
Thought I add a side note, it could help others.
PPA Purge is a excellent tool and should do the trick. Its a terminal only tool. If you like a GUI to go with it, there is y-ppa-manger.
