Hello all,
It seems to be impossible to rearrange, reorder and edit some entries shown in menus applets (Menu bar, Brisk Menu, Mate menu).
For example, i tried to hide an element with menulibre or alacarte, but nothing append.
Thank you

Which specific elements?
@ClarusAD - you mentioned alacarte, so I’m wondering if you meant mozo (mate’s forked version of alacarte). If not, then you might want to try installing mozo and see of that works. I successfully use it to hide stuff from the Advanced MATE Menu
Mozo is almost intuitive, menulibre is not.
It’s crazy !
Why a MATE 17 fresh install provide a non functional menu editor, such as menulibre ?
Why don’t just directly put Mozo which works very well ?
What is your underlying OS? Have you installed the vanilla Mate desktop on top? I ask this because Ubuntu Mate comes with Mozo pre-installed.
It was changed to menulibre in 17.10.

Acording to myself, it isn't a good idea : menulibre doesn't run in 17.10 !
