How to write theme for brisk menu in gtk theme for dash mode

HI,
I 'm using Numix-frost theme, when I use brisk menu in dash mode i get something like this

I tried debug using
`

GTK_DEBUG=interactive mate-panel --replace

`
to check values it use, with no effect

Does it do it with any other theme, and what version of UM are you using
