Installing ubuntu MATE on Pi 2 using Windows XP via Torrent

Can anyone help guide me through the process of installing MATE on my Raspberry Pi 2 using a SD card? I am wanting to do it via Torrent, but I can’t find any clear instructions on how to do it.

You can download the IMG via torrent with Transmission for windows then watch this video for a walkthrough.
