Is it possible to include Picasa app?

Dear Team,

First I would like to congratulate entire UM team for this promising release that I am sure will become no 1 for anyone who wants to try Linux.

I wonder is it possible to include Picasa photo manager application , in Software Boutique , as I strongly believe many of us would like to use it as a primary photo manager application. Version that Linux Mint already have in its repository is good.
This is a great application, and I am sure that it will attract many Windows users who were using it before…

I don’t think Picasa is supported anymore, this is an old link and its for i386 only!:

Thanks wolfman. Yesterday i managed to install picasa on colleague linux mint 17.3 64bit - and it worked great without any problems… I guess Ubuntu Mate is having stronger policy regarding legacy applications. And that is fine.

Google recently announced, loke last week, that they are ending Picasa.
