Is reply as linked topic deactivated?

Some time ago it was possible to reply as linked topic. Is this function deactivated?

The function hasn’t been intentionally disabled, a recent update for Discourse has replaced the right area with a “timeline” and linked threads appear underneath instead.

The button has moved to the time text (e.g. where it says 22h, or Jun 16 and then clicking “New Topic”.

I see, thanks Luke! It is somewhat less intuitive but I think people will get used to it.
