It's possible to remove the "favourites" category from the Brisk Menu?

I have my favorite applications pinned in the dock, so it’s redundant to have a “Favourites” category in the Brisk Menu, therefore I would like to remove it.

Is there any way to it? I checked the menu editor, there’s nothing there.

Thanks!

Looking at the settings options in dconf-editor, I don’t see that option anywhere :-/

Same. It doesn't bother me on my desktop but I have a touch-input tablet that I'm looking to remove it for.

Brisk menu has this (see image) for Favourites in dconf-editor but I think there's a config file that will require modification. There's a few other settings for Mate menu using Brisk but both do not have an option to remove Favourites.

As this annoys me currently, I'll be on the hunt over the next week or so how to mod this or create a dconf-settings entry to hide it.

Sorta related, I'd love to know if anyone knows how to limit the z-index for Brisk to never cover Onboard digital keyboard.
