Kernel panic appears after upgrading Ubuntu MATE 18.04

Hello, i was upgrading Ubuntu MATE from 16.04 to 18.04 overnight, because of slow download speed. Then i reboot my upgraded system, then GRUB appears then i pressed [Enter] button, and Kernel panic appears, but caps-lock didn’t flash then it said, it attempted ti kill init, i tried with Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LiveCD and the same goes. I am using amd64 version of Ubuntu MATE. I dualboot my system and so.
When i open Software Update on Ubuntu MATE 16.04, then it offered upgrade to 17.10, not 18.04. Then i upgraded to 17.10 then to 18.04.
What i was doing wrong? Also where kernel panic logs stored?
Thanks of advance!
