Keyboard issue after updating or fresh installing

Hi!

  • My Keyboard is a Genius SlimStar i8050.
  • Keyboard Distribution: latam

After updating my Ubuntu Mate 16.04 trough terminal the intro key stop working well.

I decide to make a fresh install of Ubuntu Mate 18.04 in a separate partition. The intro key started to work well but another problem comes: the accent mark stop working.

Now I have both systemas running in different partitiones but both with keyboard issues:
16.04 - Intro Key not working well
18.04 - Accent Mark stop Working
