Keyboard stuck in ubuntu mate 16.04

Hi,

We are using ubuntu mate 16.04 x86_x64. when we press volume up/down button of USB headphones , USB keyboard stuck suddenly (keys not working except Ctrl+Alt+l) untill or unless replug USB Headphone or Press Volume up button.

Please help in this case.

I’m also facing same issue with one of our client.
Anyone can guess what the exact issue??
Is this bug or somethingelse??
