Libre Office - fonction F4 ne marche pas

Bonjour,
Je constate que sous Ubuntu MATE la fonction F4 dans Write ne marche pas. Cette fonction permet d’ouvrire une base de données externe à partir d’un fichier calc.

Merci d’avance pour vos retours sur ce souci.

This is an English only forum. Please post your question in English or use Google Translate.

Google Translation:
Hello,
I note that Ubuntu MATE F4 function in Write does not. This function opens an external database from a calc file.

Thank you in advance for your feedback on this concern .

Salut FamilyMicTech, vous permettez?

This is my translation of the initial post (please never, never use robots to translate anything).
“Hallo,
The F4 key of LibreOffice Writer does not work in ubuntu-mate. The function (F4) allows you to open an external database via a Calc file.
Many thanks for your replies to this problem.”
End of translation.

I will try to check in on this thread and translate for “FamilyMicTech” from French into English where I can. I assume that “FamilyMicTech” can read the replies in English, otherwise there would have been no sense in posting here. If anyone objects to me doing this, please say so.
Ca va, comme ca?

Bonjour,
oui, cela me va.
Merci

@FamilyMicTech Please post in English or use a robot (which I really have to do as I do not understand French).

My translation of “FamilyMicTech” 's post:
“Hallo
yes, that (arrangement) will be fine.
Thank you”.
End of translation.

My comment::
Now that we know (a) what the problem is and (b) that this french speaker can read English, can anyone help with the problem?
:relaxed:

أنا أتحدث العربية. و أفهم اللغة الانكليزية فهل هذا يعني أنني أستطيع طرح الأسئلة بلغتي.
ثم تترجم ما أكتب باستخدام الروبوت.
شكرا.

@mehdi This is also for you, please post in English only.

Although I agree that robots aren't the best option it is better than nothing. So please post your question in English or use a robot like Google Translate to post in English (no matter how bad the translation will be).

If anyone wants to translate for someone it's ok. But please refrain from posting in any other languages than English.

Just a small sidenote: I am not a native speaker of English, I am Dutch.

Now for an anwer:

The F4 key is not set in LibreOffice, go to Tools > Customize and then to the Keyboard Tab.
Select F4 en in the Functions windows below select View on the left side and Datasources on the right.
