I came across this article on Star Labs computers. They offer quite a few preinstalled OS's, Ubuntu Mate being one of them. They don't give a lot of information, or seem to have many customization options (like an optional DVD drive) They do install LTS editions, which is great. I have never understood manufacturers installing an OS that would be obsolete by the time you get the box. Prices are high as usual, but not as high as most, like System 76, Za Reason or Dell. Cost US $755.

I own three star computers. They are great, well built computers. Highly recommended. You can request that they install Ubuntu mate for you.
