How can I install "linux-generic-hwe-18.04"
My kernel:
uname -r = 4.15.0-45-generic
But in Synaptic it showing me:
linux-headers-generic-hwe-18.04 = 4.18.0.15.65
xserver-xorg-hwe-18.04 = 1:7.7+19ubuntu8~18.04.2
What can I do to install HWE?
I'm on NVIDIA396 driver.
When I want try this:
sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-hwe-18.04 xserver-xorg-hwe-18.04
...no "xserver-xorg-video-nvidia" is in the list at terminal (packages)
or is HWE not for NVIDIA driver?
I think the HWE packages only cover the opensource X11 drivers, not the proprietary NVidia driver.

A OpenSource NVIDIA driver for old and new cards wants to be nice.
