Livepatch has old email account

Hi,
I opened an UbuntuOne account with my most recent emails. The Software Updater app has given me a notification that "... the update information is out of date." One of the possibilities was that LivePatch was not on, which it was not. To turn it on it wants me to sign up into my UbuntuOne account. For some reason it has an old email of mine, so obviously it does not work, since my account has my current email. When I try to "add" another account, it won't.
On the assumption that this old email about me is in my profile somewhere, presumably kept by the "about me" app, I unfortunately erased the "about me" app in the Main Menu, that I have highly customized. I don't know how to restore this item without totally reinitializing all menu items.

  1. Where does Ubuntu Mate 18.04.2 keep the information about apps that were in the Main Menu, so I can restore just one item.

  2. Does the Ubuntu LivePatch find the login email in the "About me" app data? If not where do I go to update this so I can update my UbuntuOne account information so I can activate LivePatch?

Thanks,

Christian (xian)

Actually, I also wanted to change the mail address in my UbuntuOne account. I have AOL mail id and I wanted to change it to Gmail because some days ago, an unexpected error occurred in my mail id and I couldn't log in to my id. I got the solution after searching many websites and solve the AOL mail error. So, I will feel secure if the mail address will change to Gmail, so shat should I do for it?
