When I click for more than 4 second on scrollbar and then move the mouse it becomes slow to navigate, with other theme like mint-x the scrollbar form changes, see attached video for more information

This problem exists also with volume slider.
Hi @Med_Medin, good find! I can reproduce in 18.04 VMs on Caja, Pluma and Control Center to name a few but not Firefox which uses its own controls I believe.
But I KNOW I've seen this in 16.04 for ages yet it doesn't reproduce the same and I cannot find a trigger. Oh well, not supported anyway.
Sorry @Bill_MI, but you haven't: it's a GTK3-ism. A "long press" changes the scroll behavior to, umm, something that probably makes sense on a touchpad or trackpad or etc. IIRC there's a way to change HOW long "long" is to cause it to happen, but no idea if it can be disabled entirely.
