When I try to rearrange the Favorite items, they will not move either up or down. The add and delete functions are working. This is a brand new install and everything else seems to be working.
Same problem here … Ubuntu Mate 16.10 … Mate Tweak REDMOND theme selected … Advanced menu enabled … and I cant rearrange favourites application shortcuts. New installation.
